Pole fitness for beginners
Beginners Pole classes are suitable for all fitness levels, sizes, abilities and ages (16 plus). In these classes you’ll learn the foundation of pole fitness, spins, transitions, climbs and inverts. A minimum of 6 weeks must be completed before you can move up to intermediates or mixed-ability classes. You will also start to link moves together in these classes, to build up your confidence so you can start attending Choreography or higher-level classes.
