Teens Pole Fitness
Pole fitness classes are a fantastic way to improve a child’s confidence, strength, flexibility, stamina, posture and grace.
The classes are perfect for complete beginners wanting to try something new; to budding young dancers, gymnasts and performers already out there in the dance world, looking to add to their CV. Our classes focus on fun and fitness. Our classes are split into two groups, 6-10 year olds and 11-15 year olds.

- Beginners Pole classes are suitable for all fitness levels, sizes abilities, and ages (16 plus). In these classes, you’ll learn the foundation of pole fitness, spins, transitions climbs and inverts. A minimum of 6 weeks must be completed before you can move up to intermediates or mixed-ability classes. You will also start to learn routines in these classes, to build up your confidence so you can start attending Choreography or higher-level classes.

- Intermediates pole will cover more complex but foundational moves. You’ll get to learn fun and exciting tricks, whilst also doing some strength and conditioning for moves like shoulder mounts, air inverts, arm only climbs. You must confidently invert and climb to attend this class, and have completed a minimum of 6 weeks of beginners (with us or another pole studio)
